During the spring 2012 semester, students in the “Technology, Innovation and Law Practice: An Experiential Seminar” taught by Professor Tanina Rostain and Roger Skalbeck, developed computer applications (apps) that solve legal practice problems, either by increasing access to the legal system or making legal practice more efficient. The student teams presented their projects in an “Iron Tech Lawyer” competition. A panel of judges assessed the apps on presentation, usefulness, creativity, and design.
